AMENDING N0. 77-260, NUNC PRO TUNC, IN CONNECTI0~1 WITti
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1772
WHEREAS, On November 21, 1977, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted
Conditiona) Use Permit 1772, in part, in Resolution Mo. PC77-250, to permit on sale
beer and wine in a proposed semi-enclosed restaurant, on property consisting of
approximately 0.8 acre having a frontage of approximately 185 fcct on Lhc east side
of Eucild Street; and
1~IHEREAS, due to a clerical error, paragraph No. 1 of Resolution No. PC77-260
is incomple[e and presently reads, "That [he proposed use is properly one for which a
conditional use permit is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Sections 18.44.050.010
and 18.44.Q50.300, to wi[: to permit semi-enclosed restaurant with waiver of:"; and
WHEREAS, said paragraph should have included that proposed use is to permit
on-salc beer and wine in a proposed semi-enclosed restaurant.
NOW, THEREFOP,E, BE IT RESOLVED that thc Anaheim Clty Planning Commission
does hereby amend Resolution No. PC77-260, nu~c pro Lunc. in connectlon with
Conditional Use Permit No. 1772, to amend Paragraph No. 1 to read as follows:
"Thac the proposed use is property one for which a condicional use
permit is authorized by Anaheim Hunicioal Cnde Sections
18.44.050.010 and 18.44.050.30Q, to wit: [o pernit on-sale beer
and wine in a proposed semi-enclosed restaurant with a waiver of:"
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 30th day of
January, 1978.
