Hall in the Gity of Anahefm on November 20~ 1q78. at 1:30 p.m., notice of said publtc
hearing having been duly given as requlred hy law and Tn accordance with the
provlsions of the Anaheim Municipat Code. Chapter iB.03, to hear and consTder
evide~ce for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make
findings and reconmendattons tn connection therewTth; and
~/NEREAS. said Commisslon, after due Tnspection. (nvestTgation and study made
by itself and tn its behalf. and after due conslderation of all evidence and reports
offered at sald hearing, does ftnd and dete mine the following facLS:
1. That the proposed use ts F~roperTy one for afiich a conditlonal use
permit is authorized by Anahelm Municipal Coda Sec[ion 18.03.030.010 to wit: [o
permit a chiropratic office in [he ML (Industrial. Limited) Zone.
2, That the proposed use is hereby~ de~ted on the ba,is that lt wonid be a
cor.merciai intrusfon into the industrial zc~ne and approvai could establish an
undesTrable precedent.

6. That no one indicated their presence at said public hearing in
opposition; and L•hat no correspondence was received in opposition to the subJect
petition.
ENVIROtJMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: The Planning Director or his authorized
representative has determined thac the proposed proJect falls r~ithin the definition
of Categorical [xemptlons, Class 1 and 5, as defined in Paragraph 2 of the City of
Anaheim Environmental ~mpact Report Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically
exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that [he Anaheim City Planning Lommisston
does hereby deny subject Petition for Condittonal Use Permft on the basis of the
aForementioned findings.
THE FOREGOIFJG RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 20th day of
