PC 78-284RESOLUTION N0, PC78-284 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PIANNING COMMISSfON TO AMEND A CONDITION OF APPROVAL OF RESOLUTfON N0. PL73-281 ADOPTED IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1775 WtiEREAS, the petTLioner has submitted a request for an amendment to the conditions of approval contalned in Resolution No. PC77-281 adopted tn connecetion wTth Conditional Use Permit No. 1775 to permtt a private educational institution on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consistTng of approximatety 4.8 acres, having a frontage of approximately 337 feet on the west side of Western Ave~ue, having a maxTmum depth of approximately 618 feet, and being located approximately 340 feet south of the centerline of Orange Avenuc; and 41HEREAS~ the petitioner requests deletion of the following condition containcd in the above-referred to resolution: Condition No. 7(a): "That a modifled cul-de-sac shall be provided at the terminus of Courson Drive subJect to the approval of the City Engineer." WtiEREAS, tne Anaheim City Planning Cortmission dld hold a public heartng at the Clty Hall in the City of Anaheim on December 4~ 1978, at 1:30 p.m,, notice of said public heartng havfng been duly g(ven as required by law and Tn accordance with the provistons of the Anaheim Munlcipal Code, to hear and constder evtdence for and against sald proposai to amend ihe conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 1775 and to Tnvestigate and make findings and recannendations in connection therewTth; and WHEREAS, satd CommTssion~ after due inspection~ investtgation and study made by itself and in its behalf~ and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at sald hearing, DOES HEREBY FIND: 1. That the proposed deletion will not ad~ersely affect the adjoining land uses and [he growth and developn^n[ of the same area. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed is adequate to allow for the ~roposed use in a manner not dctrlmental ta the partTcular area nor to the Peace. health. safety and general welfare of the CitTzens of the City of AnaheTm. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That a Negative Declaration from the requirement to flle an environmental (mpact report was approved by the Plannin9 CommTssion tn connection with approval of Condltlonal Use Permi[ No. 1775 on Decertiber 19. t977. NOW~ THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLYED that the Anahelm City P1anning CommissTon does hereby grant the request to delete the subJect condition of approval of PC78-z84 t Conditlonal Use Pcrmit No. 1775 on che basi~ of and subJect to the foregotng ftndings.
