Hall in the City of Anaheim on Fehruary 13. iQ7B, a[ 1:3~ a.m.~ notice of said public
hearing having been duly given ~s reauired by laor anJ in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 1•'i.03, to fiear and consider
ev(dence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make
findings and recommendations in connection therewtth; and

by icseif and in its beh~lf, and 3fter due consideration of ali evidence and reports
offcred at said hcarfng, does finJ and detcrni~e the foliowing facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional use
perm(t is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.44.050.010 to wit: to
permt[ a cocktail lounge.
2. That the proposeA use (s hereby granted for a cncktail lounge oniy
without the service of food.
3. Tha[ the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses
and the growth and development of the arca in which it ts proposed to be located,

6. That no one indicated their presence at sald public hearing in
opposition.
ENVIP,ONMENTAL IMPALT FINDiNG: The Plannin~ Director or his authorized
representative has deternined that [he proposed project falls within the definition
of Cate9ortcal Exer~ptions, Class 1, as defined in Paranraph 2 of the Lity of Anaheim
Environmentai Impact Report Cuidelines and is, therefore, categortcally exempt from
the requirement to prepare an EIR.
HOW, TNEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that thr_ Anaheim City Pianninq Commission
does hereby grant subJect Petition for Londitional Use Permi:, upon the following
conditions whtch are heraby found to he a necessary prerequisite to the oroposed use
of the subject propertY in order to ortservc the safety and gencral welfare of Lhe
Citizen5 of the City of Anaheim:
1, 7hat the ovmer(s) of subject property sha11 submi[ a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permi[ No. ~ii prior to the commencement of the
activity authorized under ihis resolution, or prior to the time that the building
permit is issueJ, or ~•+ithin a pertod of one year from date hereof. r~hichever occurs
first, or such further time as Chc ?lanning Lanmission may gran[.
2. That subject oroperty shall be develooed substantially in accordance
with plans and sc+ecifications on file o~ith the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit ~~os. 1
an~l 2.
