ENVIP,ONMENTAL IMPALT FINDiNG: The Plannin~ Director or his authorized representative has deternined that [he proposed project falls within the definition of Cate9ortcal Exer~ptions, Class 1, as defined in Paranraph 2 of the Lity of Anaheim Environmentai Impact Report Cuidelines and is, therefore, categortcally exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR. HOW, TNEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that thr_ Anaheim City Pianninq Commission does hereby grant subJect Petition for Londitional Use Permi:, upon the following conditions whtch are heraby found to he a necessary prerequisite to the oroposed use of the subject propertY in order to ortservc the safety and gencral welfare of Lhe Citizen5 of the City of Anaheim: 1, 7hat the ovmer(s) of subject property sha11 submi[ a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permi[ No. ~ii prior to the commencement of the activity authorized under ihis resolution, or prior to the time that the building permit is issueJ, or ~•+ithin a pertod of one year from date hereof. r~hichever occurs first, or such further time as Chc ?lanning Lanmission may gran[. 2.
