That the petltioner proposes a waiver of the followTng to establish a 2-lot RS-5000 subdivision: SECTION 18.27.065.010 - Reaulrement that sin9le-famllY structures rear-on ar[er a hwa s. 2 ront-on ots proposod . 2. That the above-mentioned walver is hereby gra~tcd on the basis that thz petitioner dcmonstrated that a hardshlp exists due to the size and shape of the property which already fronts-on an arterTal hTghway. 3, That there are exceptional or ex[raordTnary cTrcumstances or conditions applicable to thc property involved or to the Intended use of the proper[y that do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicintty and zo~e.
