1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional use
permit is authorized by Anaheim Municlpal Code Sectlon 18.03.03b.010 to wit: to
permit a boaru and care facility for six (6) physically handicapped children aged 3
to 12 years.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adJolning land uses

because the use is residential and consists of a family p

4. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: The Pianning Director or his authorized
representative has determined that the proposed proJect falls within the definition
of Categorical Exemptions, Class 1, as defined ir~ Paragraph 2 of the Ctty of Anahetm
Environm~ntal Impact Report Guidelines and is. therefore, categortcally exempt from
the requirement to prepare an EIR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commissian
does hereby grant subJect Petition for Conditional Use Permlt, upon the following
conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
1. That subject property shail be developed substantially in accordance
with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1
and 2.
