A RESOLUTION OF Tt1E ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIHG CONMISSION
TERMlNATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONtIEr.TION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERNIT !i0. 9>>
WNEREAS, on January 16, t9b7. Conditional Use Parmit No. 911 was granted by
the Anaheim Lity Planning Commission to permii on-sale liquor in a restaurant on
property consisting of approximately 1.6 acres located at the northcast corner of
Winston Road and Magnolia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the a~olican[ (Joseph R. Caruso, Agent for Fredricks Developmant
Corp.) has submitted a written rcquest to tcrminate Conditional Use Permit No. 9>>+
sa3d termination being a condition of approval for ConditioP~anningPeCmommisston800o
which was gra~ted on february 13, 1978 by the Anaheim City
permit a cocktail lounge,
HOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Fnahelm City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 911 an the basis
of the foregoing findings.

WHEREAS, on Janua°y 16, 1967, Londitional Use Permit No. 911 was g~anted by
the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit on-sale liquor in a res[aurant on
property consisting of app:o~cTmately 1.6 acres located at the northeas[ corner of
WTnston Road and Magnol~a Avenue; and
WHERE.A~, the apolicant (Joseph R. Caruso, Agent for Fredricks Development
Corp.) has submitted a written request to terminate Conditional Use Permtt No. 911,
said terminatlon being a condition of approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 1800,
which was granted on February 13, 1978 by the Anaheim Ctty Plannfng Commission to
permit a cocktaii lounge,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 911 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
