That the proposed use is granted subject to the foltowing stipulations by the petittoner: a. That the slze and shape of the site proposed for the use ls adequate to allow the full development of [he proposed use tn a manner nat detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety~ and general welfare of the Cttizens of the C(ty of Anaheim. 6, That the grantfng of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, wili not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety and general wetfare of the Citizens of the Ctty of Anaheim. 7. That no one indicated their presence at said public hearing in oppositlon; and that no correspondence was recetved in opposition to the subJtct petition. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: The Planning Director or his authorized representat ve has determined that the proposed proJect falls within the definition of Categorical Exemptions, Classes 1 and 11, as defined in Paragraph 2 of the City of Anaheim Environmental Impact Report Guidelines and ts, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirunent to prepare an EIR. NOW~ TNEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that tne Anaheim Ctty Planning Lamnisston doe~ hereby grant, in part, subject Petition for Conditionai Use Permit~ upon the following conditlons wh(ch are hereby foun~! to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That the owner(s) of subJect property shall deed to the City of Anahelm a strip of land 40 feet in width from the cen[erline of the street along AnaheTm Bou)evard for street widening purposes. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved pians on fite with the Office of the Oirector of Public Works. 3. That subject property shall be develeped substan[tally in accordance Nith plans and specifications on flle wtth the Lity of Anahelm marked Exhibit No. 1; provided, however, that thc [wo driveways on Anahetm Boulevard shall be removed and replaced with standard curb, gutter and stdewalk. 4. That Condltion No. 1. above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the commencement of the activtty authorized under this resolution. or prior to the time cha: the building permit is issued, or within a period of one year from date hereof, whtchever occurs first, or such further time as the Pla~ning CommissTon maq grant. 5.
