PC78-74 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIhG COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION NITH CONDI'fIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 323 WHEREAS, on November 26, 1962, Conditlonat Use Permlt No. 37.3 was granted by [he Anaheim Clty Planning Commisston to estabilsh an ambulance service on pr~perty consisting of approximately 0.44 acre, having a frontage of approximately 120 fee[ on the east side of State College Boulevard~ approximately 4g8 feet north of the centerl(ne of Piacentla Avenue; and WkEREAS, the appiicant (Gene J. F!artnacci, G~nera) Pariner of Marinacci- Llndborg Estates) has submltted a request to terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 323 i~asmuch as termination was a condition of approval of Reclasstftcation No. 77-78-35. HOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terninatc all proceedings of Conditional Use Permii No. 323 on the basis of [he foregoing ftndings.
