A•RESOLUTION OF TH~ ANANEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 555
WHEREAS, on Aprll 13~ 1964, Conditlonal Use Permit No. 555 was granted by
the Anahelm City Planntng Commfsston to establish a servtce station on property
consisting of approximately 0.43 acre located at the northeast corner of Orange
Avenue and Knott Street; and
WHEREAS, Lhe appiicant (M. L. Barnes. District Manager of Shell 011 Canpany)
has submitted a request to terminate Conditional Use Permft No. 555 inasmuch as
subJect property has been sold and will no longer be used for servlce station
purposes.
NOk', THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit Nn. 555 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
