71R-122
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BUS
LOADING ZONES ALONG ANAHEIM BOULEVARD AND STATE
COLLEGE BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the Southern California Rapid Transit District
provides an intra and inter urban bus service to the City of
Anaheim; and
~mEREAS, this service is necessary to the convenience
and welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Southern California Rapid Transit District
has requested that the City of Anaheim authorize establishment
of bus loading zones at various locations along Anaheim Boulevard
and State College Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the State Division of Highways requires that
a resolution of the City Council be submitted in order to
establish bus loading zones on State Highways.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that bus zones established at various loca-
tions along Anaheim Boulevard and State College Boulevard in
accordance with Section 14.32.050 of the Municipal Code and
this resolution be submitted with a list of said locations to
~~e Division of Highways.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of March , 19 71.
