Tha[ the proposed use ts properly one for whtch a conditlonal use permi[ is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 13.03.030.010 to wit: to permit a retatl autanotive parts store in the ML (Industrial, Limtted) Zone. 2. That the proposed use is hcreby granted for a two (2) year perlod of time, at which time and upon wrttten request of the pe[ittoner, the Planning PC78-88 ~ Ccxnmission will review the use to determine whether or not it has had a detrimental effect on the neighborhood and may grant extensions of time to continue the use. 3. That the proposed use is hereby granted sub)ect to the following stipulations by the petitioner: a. That all wor~: will be conducted wholly inside the building, and b. That there vrill be no overnight storage of vehictes outstde the buitding. -F. That the proposed use will not adversely affect [he adJotning land uses and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 5. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental [o the particular area nor t~ the peace, health, safety. and genera! welfare of the Cttizens of the City of Anaheim. 6. Tha[ the grant(ng of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peacc~ health, safety and generai welfare of the Citizens of thc City of Anaheim, 7. That no one indicated their presence at said pubtic hearing in opposi[ion; and that no correspondence was received in opposition to the subject patition. ENVIROt~HENTAL IMPACT FIfIDING: The Planning Dlrec[or or hts authorized representative has determined that the proposed project falls within the defini[ion of Ca[egorical Exemptions, Class 1, as def)ned in Paragraph 2 of the City of Anaheim Environmental Impact Report Guidclines and is, [herefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Canmission does hereby grant subJect Peti[ion for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite [o Lhe proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the safe[y and general welfare of the CiCizens of the Ctty of Anaheim: 1. 7hat subJect proper[y shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the Cicy of Anahetm marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 3. 2, That all work will hP conduc~ed o~holly inside che buiiding and that there shall be no overnight storage of vehicles ouYside the building. 3.
