SINGLE-FAMILY) ZONE upon the folloti+ing condltlons xhich ara hereby found to be a necessary prtrequfsi[e to the proposed use of subJect proper[y tn order to preserve the safety and ger+eral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahelm: t. That fire hydrants shail be installed and charged as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Ftre Departme~L prior to commencanent of structural framing. 2.
