RESOLUTION NO. 71R-" 121
A RESOLUT-ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 71R-I03
BY CHANGING THE DATE FOR THE OPENING OF SEALED
PROPOSALS (THE BEACH BOULEVARD STORM DRAIN AND
STREET IMPROVEMENT, WORK ORDER NO. 612"-~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim did,
on ~larch 16, 1971, ,adopt its Resolution No. 7lR-103 finding and
determining to construct certain public improvements known as:
The Beach Boulevard Storm Drain and Street
Improvement, be.ing Work Order No. 612-B.
AND WHEREAS, the date set therein for the opening of
bids was established as April 8, 1971, but the City Council finds
that it is in the best interests of the City to amend said Reso-
lution No. 71R-103 so as to establish the opening date for such
bids as April 15, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7lR-I03 "be, and the same
is hereby amended by changing the date for the openinq of sealed
proposals for the public improvement therein described to April
15, 1971, at the hour of 2:00 P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 71R-I03 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of March, 1971.
