NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm Clty Planning Commisslon
does hereby grant subJect Petition for Conditional Usererequlsiteutonthehpr posed~use
conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary p
of the subject prope~ty in order to preserve the safety and gene~al welfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anahelm:
1, That subJect property shall be develeped subatantially In accordance
with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1
through 3.
2, That all automotTve work shall be conducted aholty inside the building.
j, That no vehicles undergoing repairs shall bc stored outside the
building overnight.
