WNEREAS, on November G, 1978, the Anaheim Lity Planning Lortmission granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 1875, by Resolution P7o. PC78-255, [o expand a church with
waivers of maximum number o` identifica[fon signs and maxinum sign area on property
consisting of approxima[ely 5.2 acres located at the northwest corner of Sycamore
Street and State College 9oulevard, having approximatc frontages of 62~ feet on the
north side of Sycamore 5[reet and 268 feet on [he west side of Sta[e College
Boulevard; and
WHERE~S, due to an incorrec[ legal description conCained in the originaily
submitted title report, the iegal d~scription in Resolution Ilo. PC78-255 was
incorrect;
tJOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend Resolution No. PC78-255, nunc pro tunc, in connectfon with
Conditional Use Permit No. 1875, amending [he legal description to read as follows:
Parcel 1: That portlon of Lot 3 oF Anaheim Extension, as shown on
a Map of Survey by Wliliam Hamel, a copy of which is shown in Eook
3, pages 162 to 16~+ inclusive of "Los Angeles County Maps", in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County. Caitfornta,
described as follows: Beginning at the Soutf~east corner oF safd
Lot 3, being the intersection of thc center lines of Placentia
AvPnue and Sycamore Street; thence South 740 30' 30" West along
[he center line of said Sycamore Street a dfstance of 456.65 feet;
thence North 1° 41' 20" Nest 411.47 feet; [hence South 89~ 51' 30"
East 452.82 feet to the center line of said Placen[ia Avenue;
thence South 0° 07' ;0" Wesi 2E8.2Q feei to Lhe point of
beginning.
Parcel 2: That portlon of Lot 3 of Anaheim Extension. as shown on
a Map of Survey by Willtam Hamei, a copy of which is shown in Book
3, pages 152 to 164 inclusive of "los Angeles County Maps", in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, Californta:
Comnencing at the Southeast corner oP said Lot 3, betng the
intersection of the ce~ter lines of Placentia Avenue and Sycamore
Street; thence South 74° 30' 3Q" Wes[ alo~g the center line of
said Sycamore Street a dtstance of 45b.6S feet, said potnt being
the true point of beginning; chence North 1° 41' 20" West 411.47
feet; thence North 89° 51~ 30" West 200.15 feet to the Wesierly
line of land described in a Deed to George D. Grifflth and wife,
recorded Augus[ 13. 1928, in book 183, page 465 of Official
