hearing on the 30th day of March, 1971, at the hour of 1:30 olclock

ing having been given by rnail to all persons residing within a
radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is
proposed to lnove said dwelling house! building or structure, at
least ten days prior to ~~e date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners a~peared upon the last available tax assess-
raent roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested tnerein given an opportunity
to be heard: and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a house moving permit~ together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith! does find that said
permit should be granted 7 subject to L~e following conditions:
1. Compliance with all site development standards of
tile R~"'l Zone.
2. Dedication of an addi tional 2--1/2 feet along th.e alley
to the rear of the lot.
3. Payment of the appropriate park and recreation fees.

California, be and the 5a~e is hereby granted subject to the
conditions hereinbefore set forth: and subject further to compli-
ance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to D,e moving of buildings from a
point outside the City of Anw~eim onto a lot witi~in the City of
.Anaheim.
