CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT I10, 430
UHEREAS, on June 10, 1963, Conditional Use Permit !lo. 430 was granted by the
Anahcim Ci[y Plannin~ Commission to pcrmit a tradc school on propcrty consisting of
approxima[ely 0.7 acr~ located a[ the northwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Lemon
Strcet~ having ap~roximate fron[ages of 200 fec[ on the north sidc of Lincoin Avenue
and 141 fect on the west sidc of Lemon S[rect; and
NHEREAS, the applicant (Anaheim Redevelopmen[ A~ency) has submi[ted a
request to termina[e Conditional Use Permit t~o. 430 inasmuch as on May 7, t979 the
Planning Commission approved Reclassification No. 78-79-37 to reclassify subJect
property from the CG (Commercial, General) Zone to the CL (Commarcial, Limtted) Zone
to permit a cortmerc(al shopping center and one of the conditions of approval of sald
Reclassifica[ion included the requirement that the property ormer request termination
of Conditional Usc Permit ~~o. 430.
NOW, TtiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all praceedings of Conditional Usc Permtt No. 43Q on the basis
of thc foregoing findings.
