TERHINATIt7G ALL PROCEEDINGS !N CONt1ECTI0N WITH
GOtIDITiONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1441
WHEREAS, on December 3. 1973, ~o~~itional Use Permit No. 1441 was granted by
the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a church on property consisting of
approximately 0.2 acre havfng a frontage of approximately 43 feet on the south side
of Lincoln Avenue, having a maximum depth of approximately 162 feet; being located
approximately 260 feet r~est of the centerline of Anaheim Boulevard; and
WNEREAS~ the applicant (Anahe?m P.edevelopment Agency) has submltted a
request to terninate Conditional Use Permit No. 1~1a1 inasmuch as on Hay 7, 1979, the
Planning Commission approved Reclass(fication Ho. 78-79-37 to reclassify subject
property from the CG (Commercial, General) Zone to the CL (Co~nercial, Limited) Zone
to permit a commercial shopping center and one of the conditions of approval of said
Reclassification included the requirement that the property owner request termination
of Conditional Use Permit No. 1441.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning CarcnissTon
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Pc-rmi[ No. 1441 on the basis
of the forc9oing findtngs.
