TERt11NATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ItJ CONNECTION WITN
VARIANCE N0. 743
NNEREAS, on April 22, 1957, Varlance ~Jo. 7A3 was granted by thc Anaheim City
Planning Commission to permit tnstallation of steam baths on property consisting of
approximatcly 0.2 acre havin9 a frontage of approxtmately 80 feet on the west side of
Anaheim Eioulevard, having a maximum depth of approxlma[ely 130 feet, being located
approximately 250 feet north of the centerline of Lincoin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the applicant (Anahelm Redevelopment Agency} has submitted a
~equest to terminate Variance N~, 7~3 inasmuch as on May 7, 1979, the Planning
Commission approved Reclassification No. 78-79-37 to reclassify subJece property from
the CG (Commercial, General) 2one to the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone [o permlt a
commercial shopping center and one of [he condltions of approval of said
Reclassificatlon included the requirement that the property oFrner request terminatton
of Variance ~lo, 743.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahcim C(r•• Pianning Commissfon
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Vartance No, 7G3 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
