A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANIIING LOHriIS510N
TERHINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION UITH
VARIANCE t~0. 774
VlHEREAS, on July 1, 1957. Variance No. 771i was grantcd by the Anaheim City
Planning Lommission to permit a health club on property cons!sting of approximately
0.4 acre located at the northwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Anaheim Eoulevard,
having approxima[e frontages of 133 fea[ on the narth side of Lincoln Avenue and 147
feet on the west side of Anaheim Boutevard; and
WNEREAS, the applicant (Anahetm Redevelopment Agsncy) has submitted a
request to terminate Variance No. 774 inasmuch as on May 7, 1979, Lhe Planning
Comnission approved Reclassification tlo. 78-79-37 to reclassify subJect property fron
the CG (Comnerciai, General) Zone to the CL (Cortmercial, Ltmited) Zone to permit a
commerciat shopping center and one of the conditions of approval of said
Reclassification included Che requirement that the property owner request termination
of Variance No. 77k.
N041, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc Anaheim Ci[y Planning Cortmission
does hereby ter~inate ail proceedings of Variance rlo, 77k on [he basis of the
foregoing findings.
