ENVIRONMEt~TAL 1'1PACT FINDING: That [he Anaheim City Planning Camission has reviewed the proposal to perni[ the outdoor s[oraqe of new vehicle chassis wich wafvers of number of requfred parktng spaces, required landscaped seiback and required enclosure of outdoor uses on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land cortsisting af approxfma[ely 1.G acres having a fron[aqe of approximately 1Q~ fce[ on the south side of Miraloma uay, having a naximum depth of approximatefy 383 feet, being located approximatcly 360 feet ~res[ of the centerline of Sunsfiine Way; and does hereby approve the Negative Declarat(on from the requirenent [o orepare an envtronmental impact report on [he basis that there knuld be no siqnificant indivtdual or cumulative adverse environment~l impact due to [he approval of thts Negative Declara[ton since the Anaheim Ge~er~l Plan dr.sfgnaces the subject property for general industrial land us~s corrmensuratc with the oroposal; that no sensitive envlronmen[al impacts are involved in thc proposal; that the Initial Study submitted by the petitioner indicates no sipniftcant individual or cumulative adverse env(ronmental inpacts; and that the Negative Declarat(on substantfating the foregoing findings is on f(1e in the City of Anahcim Planning Department. NOW. THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the An~helm City PlannTn4 Commission does hereby deny subject Pe[ition for Conditionai Use Perml[ on the basis of the aforementioned findings.
