HESOLUTION NO. 7lR-116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM EXTENDING THE AGREEMENT BET~mEN
THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RELATING TO &~I~~L CONTROL.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has hereto.fore entered
into an agreement relating to Animal Control Services with the
County of Orange; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim to extend said agreement
for a term commencing February 15, 1971, and terminating
February 14, 1976.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are he.reby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
Anaheim, that certain agreement submitted by the County of
Orange covering the extension of the agreement for Animal Control
Services.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of March, 1971.
