A RESOLUTION Of THE ANAHElM CITY PLANNING CONMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDIN~S IN CUNNECTION WITH
VA41A~~CE N0. 2747.
M'HEREAS, on January 5, 197E, Variance No. 2747 was granted by the Anaheim
City Pianning Commissian to permit outdoor construction equipment sales with waivers
of permitted outdoor uses and maximum fence helght on property conststing of
approximately 2.6 acres located ai [he northeast corner of Riverdale ~venue and
Tusttn Avenue; and
WHER[AS, on July 26, I?77, Reclasslffcatlon No. 76-77-61 was granted by the
Planning Commission to reclassify subJect property from the RS-A-b3,000
(Residential/Agricultural) Zonc to thc RH-1200 (Residential, Mulctple-Family) Zone;
and
WH[REAS, the applicant (Scott D, f,arland of R. G, r,arland Lorpora[ton) has
submitted a request to terminate Variance No. 2747 inasmuch as one of che conditions
of approval of Reclassification f~o. 7G-77-61 included [he requiremenc that the
proper[y orm er submit a lecter requesttna [ermination of Varlance tlo. 2747,
NOW, Tf1EREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED tha[ the Anahetm Lity Planning Commisston
does hereby termina[e all proceedings of Variance No. 271+7 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
