TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN COhIFlECTi0t7 uITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERt11T N0. 1881
NHEREAS, on August 2B, 1978. Conditional Use Pernlt No. 18$1 was granted by
the Anaheim City Planning CommissTon to permit an automobite detailtng shop o~
property consisting of approximately 0.2 acre, a[ 816 North Anaheim Boulevard,
having a frontage of approximately 50 feet on the east side of Anaheim Boulevard~
having a maxlmum depth of approxtmately 1;0 fcet; and being located approximately 243
fcet narth of the ccnterline of North Street; and
WHEREAS~ the appllcant (Jerry L. Pce) has submitted a request to terminate
CondTtional Use Permit No. 1881~ inasmuch as the auto de[ailing use has been
abandonded and subJect property is currently being utilizsd as a plumbing
contractor's office.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED [hat the Anaheim City Plannfng Cor~anissTon
does here6y terminate all proceedTngs of Londitional Use Permit No. 18P1 on the basTs
of the foregoTng findings.
