TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDI-lr,5 IN CONt~ECT10N WITk
CONDITIO~~AL USE PERMIT f10. 1625
WHEREAS. on June 7~ 1976~ Condltional Use Permit No. 1F+25 was granted by the
Anaheim L1ty Planntng Commtssion to on^sale alcoholic beverages Tn a lodge on
property consisting of approximately 3.0 acres at 2131 East Ball Road~ having a
frontage of approximately 555 feet on the north side of Ball Road~ havtng a max(mum
d~pth of approximately 23R feet; and being located appror.imately 410 feet east of the
centerline of Staie College Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the applicant (C. D. Lonrad, Mennen Industries) fias submiCted a
req~est to tcrminate Condttlonal Usc PermTt No. 1525 inasmuch as Conditlonal Use
Permit No. 1876 (to permit on-sale alcoholic beverages Tn a lodge) was subsequently
aPProved by the Planning ~~issTon on August 28. 1978, for a pertod of eight (8)
years~ thus superceding the previously approved Conditional Use Permit No. 1625.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc Anaheim City Plannin9 Lommission
does hereby terminate ~ll proceedings of Conditional Use Pernlt No. 1625 on the basis
of the foregoing findin9s•
