A RESOLUTION OF TtiE AhIAHEIN CITY PLAtJtJIN~ COHMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. PL78-287~ NUNC PRO TUNC,
IN CONNECTION 411TN CONDITIONNL USE PER"11T N0. 1919.
NHEREAS~ on December k, 1978, the Anaheim City Planning Commtsslon granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 1918, by Resotution No, PC78-287, to permit a trailer
rental and leasing facility rilth a waiver of requlred er.closurc of outdoor uses on
property consisttng of approximately l.a acres, havina a frontage of approximately
111 feet on the south slde of Vermont Avenue and a frontage of approximately 250 feet
at the Nesterly terminus of Lacy Avenue; and
WHEREAS, due to a clerical error, Londitions i and 2 were anitted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOL4ED THAT [he Anahelm City Planning Commisslon
does hereby amend Resolution No. PC78-297, nunc pro tunc, In connection with
Conditionai Use Permft No. 1918, by adding Interdepar[mental Committee
Recommendations 1 an~l 2, as follows:
1. Thac the owner(s) of subJect propertY shall pay the traffic signal
assessment fee, as approved by the Lity Counctl, amounting to 530.00 per 10Q0 square
feet of building or fractton thereof prior to the issuance of a building permit.
2, That subject property shall be developed suhstantiaily in accordance
with plans and speciflcations on file with the City o` Anaheim marked Exhibii Ho. 1.
