POOL, 12550 3rookhurst Street, Garden Grove, Anaheim, Califor~ia 92640, agent. of certatn real property si[uated in the Gity of Anahelm, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Parcel 1, in the City of Anaheim, as per map recorded in book ilt, page 45 of Paracel ~taps, in the office of the county recorder of said county. WHEREAS, thc City Planning Coamission did hold a public ~:arin9 at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim ort Augus[ 27~ 1979, a[ 1:30 p.m., ~ot~ce of said publtc heartng having been duly given as required by taw ancf in accordance with [he provisions of the Anaheim Municipa! Code, Chapter 18.03, to hear and conslder evidence for and againsi sald proposed conJitional use permit and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and study made by itself and in its behalf~ and after due consTderation of all evidence and reports affered at said hearing~ does find and d~[ermine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use ts properly one for wfiich a conditional use permit is authorized by Anaheim Munictpal Code Sectlon 18.03.Q30.010 [o retaTn a furniture sales facility in the i1L (tndustrial, Ltmited) 2one. 2, That the prop~sed use is hcreby denied on the basis that the use is not compatible with the surrounding industrial a~•ea. 3, That [he proposed use wiit adversely affect the adjatntng land uses and the growth and development of the area In which it is proposed to be located. 4. PC79-~71 ; ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the A~ahelm City Planning Commission has revlewed t e proposa to rcta n a retai) furniture sales faciltty in thc ML (Industrtal, Ltmited) Zone on a recta~gularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approxienately 1 acre, having a frontage of approximately 204 feet on the south side of Ba11 Road~ having a maxlmum depth of app~oximately 179 feet and being located approximaLely 300 feet eas[ of the centerline of Allec Street; and does hereby approve the Negative Jeclaration from the requirement to prepare an envl~onmental impact report on the basTs [hat there would be no signlficant Indivtdual or cumulative aJverse e~vironmental impact due to the approval of thfs Negative Declaratlon since the Anahelm General Plan designates the subJect property for general industrtal land uses commensurate Hith [he proposal; that no sensitive environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initlal Study subnitted bY the petitioner indicates no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Nega[ive Declaration substantiating the foregoing findings is on file In the City of Anahetm Planning Department.
