ENViRONMENTAL ~MPACT FIHDING: That thc Anahetm Lity Planning Camission has revier~ed the proposa to pcrm t+vholesale and retail salcs of appliances in thc !4L (Industrial, LTmitcd) Zone on an trregularly-shaped parcel of land ccnsisting of approximately 6.2 acres, having a frontage of approxlmatcly SO~J feet on the east side of Tus[in Avenue, having a maximu~r, depth of approxima[ely 360 feet and being located approximately 565 feet south of the centerline of La Palma Avenue; and does hereby approvc the Negativc DeclaratTon from the requirement to preparc an envTronmentai Impact repor[ on the basis that there would be no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the approval of this Negative Declaration stnce the Anaheim General Plan designates the subJect property for general industrial land uses cc=,mensuratc ~oith the proposal; that no sensitive environmental inpacts are involved in the proposal; chai the Initial Study submTtCed by the petitioner fndicates no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the foregoina findings is on fite in the City of Anaheim Planning Department.
