That no one indicated their presence at said public hearing in opposition; and that no correspondence was received in opposition to the subJect petition. ENVIROt~MENTAL IMPACT FINDt!~G: That the Anaheim CTty Planning Commisston has reviewed [ e proposa to perm t a precious metals processing and refining facllity in the ML(SC) (Industrial, Limlted - Scenic Corridor Overiay) Zone on an lrregularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 2,3 acres, havTng a froncage of approximately 15 fect on thc south side of la Palma Avenue. having a maximum depth of approxtmately 642 feet and being located approximately 950 fcet west of the centcrline of Impcrial Highway; and docs hcreby approvc the Ne,qativc Decl~raiton from the requirrr.~ent to prepare an environmental impact report on the basis that there would be no significant individual or cumulative adverse environnental t~pac[ due to the approval of this Hegative Declara[ion since the A~aheir General Plan designates the subject property for general industrial land uses commensurate with the proposal; that no sensitivic environmental inpacts are involvcd in the proposal; that the Initial Study suhmitted by the petitioner indicates no signifTcant individual or cumulative adverse environmental inpacts; and that the Negative Oeclara[ion substantiating thc foregoing findings is on filc tn thc City of 1lnaheim Planning Oepartment. NOW~ THEREFORE, DE ~T RESOLVED that ihe Anahcln Lity Planning Commission docs hereby grant subject Pe[ttion for Conditional Use Permit, upo~ thc followTng conditions which are hareby found to be a necessary prerequisite [o the proposed use of the subJect propcr[y in order to prescrve thc safety and generai wclfare of Lhe Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That trash s[orage areas shall be provided in accordance wTth approved plans on file with the Office of the Execu[tve Director of Public Norks. 2. In [he event that subject property is to be divided for the purpose of sate~ lease, or financing, a parcel map~ to recorJ the approved division of ,ubJect proper[y shall be submitted to and approved by the Cicy of Anaheim and then be recorded in thc officc of thc Orange County Recorder. 3. That the proposed precious metals refining facility shali canply with all signing requirixnents of the Pll(SC) Zone unless a varTance approving otherwise is granced by the Planning Commission or Ctty Council. 4.
