TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDtNGS IN COt~NECTIOFJ WtTH
VARIAMCE N0. 2546.
WHEREAS~ on September 5~ 1973, Varlarsce No. 2546 was granted by the Anaheim
City Planntng Commission to permit an automoblle and recreattonal vehicle storage
facility in the P1L (Industrial~ Limited) zone with a waiver of minimum rront setback
on property conststing of approxima[ely 0.5$ acre at the northeast corner of Broadway
and Loara Street; and
WHEREAS~ the applicant (Lazare F. Bernhard) has submltted a reyuest to
terminate ~Jarlance No. 2546 inasmuch as the use has been dtscontinued.
N04/, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVE~ that thc Anaheim City Planning Commissfon
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2546 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
