RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
7lR-I02 BY CHANGING THE DATE FOR THE
OPENING OF SEALED PROPOSALS (BROOKHURST
IMPROVEMENT, W.O. NO. 60S-B).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did, on March 16, 1971, adopt its Resolution No. 71R-102 find-
ing and dete~ining to construct certain public improvements
known as:
The Brookhurst Street Improvement, being Work
Order No. 60S-Bi
and
l(HEREAS, the date set therein for the opening of bids
was established as April 8, 1971, but the City Council finds
that it is in the best interests of the City to amend said
Resolution No. 7lR-l02 so as to establish the opening date for
such bids as April 22, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7lR-10'2 be, and the
same is hereby amended by changing the date for the opening
of sealed proposals for the public improvement therein des-
cribed to April 22,1971, at the hour of 2:00. P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 71R-102 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of March, 1971.
