CONDITIONAt. USE PERMIT N0. 621
NHEREAS, on September 14, 1964, Conditlonal Use Permit flo. 621 was granted
by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a servtce station at the
intersection of a primary highway and a local strcet within 75 fcet of a residential
s[ructure on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land at ths nortliNest corner of Ltncoln
Avenue and Helena Strecc, having frontages of 110 feet on thc north side of Lincoln
Avenue and 141 fect on thc west side of Nelena 5[rect, and furthcr descrtbed as 401
West Llncoln Avenue; and
NHEREAS. the applicant (Norman J. Prtest, Executive DTrector, Communlty
Develop:nent Department) requasts termination of Condttlonal Use Permlt No. 621 as one
of the conditions of approval of Reclassification No. 73-79-44, approved by the
Anaheim Lity Planning Camisston on June 19, 19?9.
NON, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVEO that the Anahei.r, Ci[y Planning Commisslon
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Pernit No. f21 on the basts
of the foregoing findings.
