CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ri0. 1975
WNEREAS, on January 15, 1979. Conditlona~ Use Permi[ ~10. 19~5 was granted by
the Anaheim Clty Planning Commission to permit an insurance office in a r~sidential
struc[ure on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land tonsistin9 of approximately 7,130
square feet located at the southwest corner of Chartres Street and Helena Street,
having approximate frontages of 155 ~eet on the ~outh stde of Chartres Street and 46
feet on the west side of Helena Street, and furthcr described as 12; Nor[h Helena
Street.
WHEREAS, [he applicant (Norman J. Priest, Executive Oirector. Community
Development Department) requests terr~ination of Canditlonal Use Pernit No. 1925 as
one of the ionditlons of approval of Reclasstfication No. 7fi-79-44, approved by the
Anahelm City 1'~e=nning Commisslon on June i8, 1979.
NOW, TNER[FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Corrtmission
does hereby terminate all proceed(ngs of Conditional Use Pernit No. 1925 on the basis
of the foregot~g ftndings.
