TERNINATING ALL PROCEEDIHGS IN CONNECTION HITH
VARIANCE N0. 2531
4iHEREAS~ on July 23, 197j, Variance No. 2531 was granted by the Anaheim Lity
Planning Commission to permit a commercial office in a portion of an existing
residence with waivers of permitted uses. minimum number of parktng spaces, minimum
sfdeyard setbacks, mintmum setback fran alley, minimum recreational area a~d standard
refuse storage area on a rectangularly-shaped parce) of approximately 0.16 acre,
having a frontage of approxtmately 46 feet on the easi side of Harbor Boulevard,
having a maximum depth of approximately 157 feet, and being located approximately 7b
fee[ south of the centerllne of Chartres Street, and further described as 120, 122,
and 122-1/2 North Harbor Bouievard; and
WHEREAS, the applicant (Norman J. Priest, Executtve Dlrector, Ca~munity
Development Department) requests termination of Variance No. 2531 as one of the
conditions of approval of Reclassification No. 78-79-44~ approved by the Anaheim City
Planntng Lommission on June 18, ig79,
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahcim Clty Planning CortmissTon
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2531 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOItIG RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 22nd day of
