and Helena Strect, having frontages of approxlmately 110 feet on thc north stde of
Lincoln Avenuc and approximatcly 1~+1 feet on thc west side of Helena Stree[; and
WHEREAS, the appllcant (Norman J. Priest~ Execu[ive Oirector, Canmunity
Development Oepartment) requests tcrmTnation of Variance flo. 1825 as onc of the
conditions of approval of Reclassification No. 78-79-~4, approved by the Anaheim City
Planning Comnission on Junc 16~ io~o,

foregoing findings.
