TC•RMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTI0~1 WITH
VARIAFICE N0. 2380
WHE!iEAS, on June 26, 1972, Variance tlo. 2380 was granced by the Anaheim City
Planning Commission to permit a miniature goif course with waivcrs of the requlred 6-
foot high wail abutting a residentlal zone and the minimum 2 per cent landscaping of
parking areaso~ a rectangularly-shaped parcei of land consisting of approxtmately 1.3
acres, having a frontage of approxtmatety 140 fee[ an the west side of Beach
Boulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately 402 feet and being located
approximately 1320 feei nor[h of the centerline of Ball Road, and further descrTbed
as 727 South Beach Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the property ow~er (Alfred D. Patno ) requests termination of
Variance No. 23g~ as one of the condttions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No.
1972, approved by the Anaheim City Planning Commission on July 29, 1979, to permi[ a
batting cage and recreattonal complex with waiver of maximum str~ccural height on
subject property.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedinqs of Variance No. 2380 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
