TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION wITH
CONOITIONAI USE PERMI7 N0. 1216
SJHEREAS, on December 14~ 1970, Conditional Use Permft No. 1216 was granted
by the Anaheim Clty Planning Commission to permit a day care center in the RS-A-
43~000 (Residentlal/Agricultural) Ione on property described as a rectangularly-
shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.7 acre, having a frontage of
approxtmately 131 fce[ on the south side of Orangerrood Avenue, having a maximum depth
of approximately 245 fcet and being located approxlmately 245 feet west of the
centerline ~f Sp(nnaker Street; and
WIiEREAS, the applicant (Robert Wiens} has submi[ted a request to terminate
Conditional Use PermTt No. 1216 inasmuch as on Decenber 5, 1977. the Planning
Commission approved Reclassificatlon No. 77-78-32 to reclassify subJect property from
the R5-A-43.OOQ (Restdentiai/Agricultural) Zone [o the Rk-1200 (Residential,
Multiple-Family) Zone in order to construct a 16-unit aparemen[ canplex and o~e of
the conditions of approval was termination of Conditlonal Use Permit No. 1216;
NQW. THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the pnaheim City Plan~tng tommission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Condttional Use Permic No. 1216 on the basis
of the foregoing ftndtngs,
