AND EHELITA A, ttUtlOZ, 1303 Jasmine Place, Anaheim, Californfa 92801, owners of certain real aroperty sifuated in the City of Anaheim, Lounty of Orange, State of Californfa, described as: Lots 12 and 13 in 61ock A of the Lorelei Tract, in the Ci[y of Anaheim, as per map recorded in book 2~, page 21!, ~~iscellaneous Records of Los Angeles Lounty, Callfornia. WHEREAS, the City Planning Lommission did schedul~ a public hearing at the Ci[y Hall in the City of Anahefm on February 12, 19??, a[ 1:30 p.m., notice of said pubiic hearing having been duly glven as requlred hy law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anahelm Municipal Code, Chaoter 1^.~3, to hear and constder evidence for and against said prooosed condiCio~al use and to investtgate and make findfngs and recortxnendatians in connection therewtth; said public hearing havtng been continued to the Planning Commission mecti~g of February 26, 1979; and WHEREAS, said Coru~ission, after due inspection, investi9atton and study made by itself and in its hehalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, docs find and determinc [hc following fac;s: 1. That waivers (a) and (b) are denied because the use has been denied and because approval would result in a potentlai adverse impact on the on-street earking and traffic tn the surrounding residential area. 3, That the proposed use will adversety affect the adJotnina land uses and the growth and development of [he area tn wfiich it is proposed to be iccated. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permlt will be detrimental to the peace, heaith, safety and general wetfare of the ClLizens of the Lity of Anahetm. 6. That approximately 25 persons indicated their presence at sald public hearing in oppositio~; and that annroximately 10 letters were received in opnosition; and a petition containfng approximately 12R siqnatures In opposttton to the subject petition was presented at the public hearing. ENVIRO~JMENTAL IMPACT FIlIDiNG: The Planntna Director or his authorized representat ve has etermine that the proposed project falls ~aithin the definition of Caie9orical Exenptions, Class 1, as defined in Paragraph 2 af the Lity of Anaheim Environmental Impact Report Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR. ~~OW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby deny subject Petition for Conditional Use Permlt on the basts of the aforementioned findi~gs.
