COPPALA, 1!~(1~1 Edgewood Lane. Garden Grove, Callfornia 92Fi40~ agent, of ccrtain real property si[uated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, descrihed as: Lot 6G of Tract No. 2773, in the Ctty of Anaheim, as per "tap recor~ed in Book I1~, Pages 24 to 2F, fncluslve of Hlscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of sald County. That the proposed use will adverscly affect the adjoininv land uses and the gruw[h and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 4. That the size and shape of the sfte proposed for the use (s not adequate to ~ltow the fult development of the proposed use in a ma~ner not detrimental to the particular area nor to che peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Ci[izens of the City of Anahetm, 5. That approximately six (6) persons Ind;cated Lheir presence a[ said public hearing in opposition; that no corresPondence was received in opposttion Lo the subJect petitlon; and that a petition con[aining approxir.iately twenty-nlne (29) signatures was submltted in opposition. ~:79-50 ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal to permlt a social club with age rest~ictlons on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximatety 0.6 acre located at the northwest corner of Crestwood Lane and Brookhurst Strcet, having app~oxtmate frontages of 263 feet on the north side of Crestwood Lane and 122 feet on the west stde of Brookhurst Street; and does hereby approve the Negative Declaration from the requirement to prepare an environmen[al impact report on the basis that there would be no stgnificant indivtdual or cumulative adverse enviro~mental impac[ due to the approval of this Negative Declaratton since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subJect property for general cornnercial land uses commensurate with Che proposal; that no sensitivo environmcntal impac[s are involved i~ the proposal; that the Initial Stuoy submitted by the petitioner tndicates no sign(`icant indivldual or cumulative advzrse environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaratlon substanttatin3 the foregoing findings is on file in the City of Anahetm Planning Departmen[. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby deny subject Petition for Condittonal Use Permit on the basis of the aforementioned findings.
