RESOLUTION NO. 71R-IOS
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING AND ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARI-
OUS JOB ClASSES, AND AMENDING SECTION 1 OF RESOLUTION NO.
70R-472.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted Resolution
No. 70R-472 as recommended.
WHEREAS, the classification of Water Treatment Serviceman was er-
roneously listed due to clerical error as a job class exempt from overtime
provisions as provided in Personnel Rule 6.04, Premium Pay.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following classification be corrected to read:

and said action is taken Nunc Pro Tunc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution
shall be March 12, 1971.
