May 19, 1980, and permittinn a~~aiver of maximum fence height to construr_t a fence on
subject property.
NOt,!, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Pernit No, 13^5 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
