That no one indlcated their presence at satd public hearing tn opposttion; and that no correspondence was received in opposition to the subject petition. ENVIRONMENTAL INPACT FINDING: The Planning Director er his authorized representat~ve fizs determ ned that the proposed project falls within the def(nition of Categorical ExempCions, Class 1, as defined in Paragraph 2 of the Cfty of Anaheim Environmental Impact Report Guidelines and is, therefore~ categorically exempt from Lhe requirement to prepare an EIR. NOW~ THEREFORE, BE 17 RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Ca.nmission does hereby grant subject Petitton for Condttional Use Permit, upon the following cond;tions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisiie to the proposed use or" the subject prcperty in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Ci`tzens ~+f the Ctty of Ar,aheim: 1. That subject property shall be developed substantially In accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Artaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 3• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commisston does hereby find and determine that adoption of this Resoiution ts expressly predicated upon applicant's compliance with each and all of the conditions hereinabove set forth.
