ENVIROtJMF~J7AL Ih1PACT FIMDIPIG: That the Anaheim Cit}~ Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal to permit o fice uses in a residential structure in the CG (Commercial, General) 7_one on a rectar~gularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.17 acre located at tlie northeast corner of Ltncoln Avenue and Illinois Street, havin9 a frontage of approximately 54 feet on the north side of Lincoln Avenue and a frontage of 11;~ feet on the east side of I;linois Street; and does herehy approve the Negative Declaration from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact report on the basis that there would be no significant individ:ial or cumulative adverse enviranmentai imoact duP to the approval of this Negative Declaration since the Anaheim General P)an desi~nates the subject property for general commercial land uses cnmmen,urate with the proposal; that no sensltive environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initial Study submttted by the petitioner indicates no si9nificant indivtdual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Plegative Declaratinn suhstantiati~o the foregoing findings is on file in tti?
