WHERFAS, on July 17, 1~?67, Variance No, 1Q~2 ~•~as granted by the Planning
Commission under Resolution Plo, PC67-1G4, to permit the expanslon of an existing
stngle-family residence, and to permit the subdlvision of two lots into one R-1 and
two R-3 lots, with waivers of minimum front sethack, mar,imum eave projection and
minimum lot riidth, on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land c~nsisting of
epproximately 0.2 acre located at the northeast corner of Verm~nt Avenue and Lemon
Street, and further described as 8~6 South Lemon Street.; and
WNEREAS~ on August 23~ 1Q71, Variance No. 22?? ~•ras caranted hy tne Planntng
Commisston under Resolution No. PC71-165, to construct one t~,~o-story fourplex and one
one-story triplex with waivers of maximum buildinq height o~ithin 15~ feet of a
sinate-family residential zone and minirtwm distance bet~•reen buildinas on the above
described property; and
WHEREAS, the a~plicant, Ho~•iard R, Polzin~ agent, has suhmitted a lettPr
requesting termination of Variance Nos. 1?92 and 2282 in satisfaction of a candition
of approval of Variance No, 310G granted on September 1n~ 1~]~, by the Planning
Commission and permitting waiver of maximun huilding helnht to permlt a 6-unit
apartment on subject property.

does herehy terminate all proceedings in connectior a,ith Variance Nos. 1892 and 2237.
