1. That the proposed use is prooerly one for which a cenditional use
permit is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 1`~.li4.~50,~1~ to wit: to
permit on-sale beer and ~•~ine in an existinq restaurant.
2. That the proposed use will not adverselY affect the adjotning land uses
and the gra-~th and development of the area in ~•~hich it ts prnoosed t~ he located.
3. That tfie size and shape of the site proposed f~r the use is adequate to
allow the full develooment of the proposed use in a manner n~t detrimental to the
particular area nor to the peace. health, safety, and general ~aelfare of the ~ttizens
of the City of Anaheim.
4, That the granting of the Conditional llse Pernit under the conditions
imposed, if any, wlll not be detir(mental to the neace, health, safety and general
welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the nroposed use orill not impose an undue
