A HESOLUTION OF THE CITY COu~CIL OF THE CITY
OF ~~AHEIM ~~NDING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-344,
NUNC PRO TUNC, TO CORRECT CERTAIN CLERICAL
ERRORS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim did
pass Resolution No. 70R-344 vacating, abandoning and closing
certain property on July 7, 1970; and
WHEP~AS, througi1 mistake and inadvertance a clerical
error was made in describing the property to be abandoned
incorrectly; and
\~EREAS, it is in the best interests of the City that
tae description, as set forth in Resolution No. 70R-344, be
corrected to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT P~SOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of lmaheim that paragraph 3 of the enacting clause of
said Resolution be ame~ded: nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
.. 3 . That said portions of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use are
si~uated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
state of California, and are more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot One of
Tract No. 13S3, as shown on a Map recorded in
Boo]): 105, pages 123 through 126,'" inclusive, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence North 00 141 05" East, 74.15
feet: along tile easterl~/' line of said Lot One to
the nortneasterly corner thereof; thence South
