PC80-164 A RFSOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMh11SSI0N TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CUNNECTION WITH VARIANCE N0. 2981 WHEREAS, on December 5, 1977, Variance No. 2981 aras granted by the Planninq Commission under Resolution No. PC77-273, to permit two single-family residences on a lot with waivers of minimum floor area, minimum number of parking spaces, and requirement that vehicular access be from alley only on a rectangularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 556o square feet, having a frontage of approximately 48 feet on the east side of Pauline Street, having a maximum depth of approximately 115 feet and being locared appro~imately 315 feet south of the centerline of NorY~. Street, and further described as 736 North Pauline Street; and WHEREAS, on August 28, 1980, Eva Castillo, petitioner, submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 2981 indicating that plans to develop the property were in confornance with Code requirements, thereby eliminatiny the need for the variance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection aaith Variance No. 2981 on the basis of the (oregoing findings.
