WHEREAS, on PJovember 27, 19G9, Variance hlo. 11~21 oras granted by the Planning
Commission undPr Resolution PJo. 1~2, Series 1~61-52, 'to permit the conversion of a
guest house into living quarters on a rectangularly-sha~ed narcei of land consisting
of approximately 0.44 acre, having a frontane of approximately 100 ieet on Che south
side of Lincoln Avenue, having a maximum depth of apprnximately 7_~0 feet and being
located approximately 25~ feet west of the centerline of Maqnolia Avenue and further
described as 2612 West Lincoln Avenue; and
Wf1EREAS, an February 2~, 1~30, the Planning Commission approved
Reclassification No. 79-80-7_3 to reclassify subject property from the RS-A-43,00~
(Residential/Agricultural) Zone to the CL (Commercial, Limitedj 7.one. One of the
conditions of approval of said reclsssification Includecl the requirement that the
property owner submit a letter requesting termination of l~ariance Mo. 14?.1; and
WHEREAS, on February 25, 193(?, ldilliam P. Brrdger, rn~ner, suhmitted a letter
requesting termination of Variance No. 1~~'1, in canformance ~•~tth conditions of
approval of Reclassification No. 79-c~0-2a.

does hereby terminate ali proceedings nf Variance tlo, il+^1 on th~ basis of the
foregoing.
