blHEREAS, On April 7, 1980, the Anaheim Cit~~ Planning ~ommission granted
ReclassiFication Plo. 7g-Bo-3t, granting reclassification of property described
as an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting o` approximately G.3~+ acres
located at the southeast corner of Frontera Street and Glasseii Street, having a
frontage of approximately 1000 feet on the south side of Frontera Street and a
frontage of 150 feet on the east side of Glassell Street from County of Orange
A-1 (County General Agricultural) Zone to City of Anaheim 11L (Industri~l,
Li mi ted) Zone.
Wt~EREAS, due to a typographical error in Condition No. t the number of
feet was incorrectly stated as "38 feet".
t~OIJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD thai the Anahein City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC80-G0, nunc pro tunc, in
connection with Resolution No. 79-80-31, to amend Condition No. 1 to read as
follows:
1. That the awner(s) of subject property shall deed to the
City of Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width from the
centerline of the street along Frontera Street for street
r(- ~ widening purposes.
